Let’s be friends
Let’s be friends, you and I. I’ll start! I’m Jasmine, a rather silly and sweet Canadian photographer and designer based in San Diego. I am easily recognized by my curly red hair and freckles. I believe every day should involve adventure, discovery, and a little frolicking. Okay, a lot of frolicking. I am ridiculously enthusiastic about getting to know delightful ladies and gents, and helping them share their tales of love, charm and discovery with the world.
I’m a whole-hearted believer in genuinity, and I adore curiosity, magic and light. I’m all about the handcrafted, I am a celebrator of music and dance, I’m a bit of a film dweeb and I delight in vintage ephemera. I daydream in glowing technicolor and adore packages sent in the post. I’m constantly wowed by the world—for example, the ocean is a majestic, unfathomable thing that I am utterly amazed to live beside. I live with my sweet husband Scott and my mischievous cat, George in a wee bungalow cottage in the best neighborhood ever, Normal Heights. The locals call it Abnormal Heights. I live to tell stories through photographs, and I seek to reveal the best of the people, places and magic I shoot.
